Rates include fuel, service and overall maintenance of the limousines. It also includes sales tax driver gratuity.

Yes, a 20% gratuity is added onto all rentals. We strive to provide above and beyond customer service. If you feel that you have received such service you are welcome to give the driver an additional tip

All Elite Limo vehicles are non-smoking. In the state of Ohio, limousines fall under the same jurisdiction as restaurants, bars and taxis.

Alcohol is allowed in the limo or only if all passengers are 21 years of age or older. We do supply coolers, ice, and cups for your beverages.

Your time begins when the driver arrives at the first location. However, if the pick-up is outside of the 45 mile radius of Columbus, Ohio, the time begins when our driver leaves our facility. Your rental period ends when the last passenger leaves the vehicle.
